Bob Volatile began his Automotive career with Pat Ryan and Associates in 1977. Bob spent 18 years with the company. As of 1992, Bob resigned as regional Vice President to pursue his own company. Bob started and ran a very successful company and six years later decided to perpetuate that success by starting Northeast Dealer Services. Bobs’ 30+ years in the business and his specific expertise in reinsurance enables NDS dealers to obtain their professional and personal financial goals.
Rob Volatile began his automotive career in 1992. After running a finance department, Rob was sent south to run a district for a development company. After some success, Rob was promoted to regional manager. Rob became a national finance trainer in 1995 and went on to train over 1000 F&I managers. In 1998, Rob came to the Mid-Atlantic to start Northeast Dealer Services with his father. Rob is responsible for the day to day operations of N.D.S. and providing expertise to the D.M.s in all aspects of development, training and dealer profit building.
