The Management Staff as well as the F&I Manager
Past experience of all managers and any specific training
Any pay plans that include finance income
A detailed analysis of the prior six months of finance income
Your selling philosophy
Service retention and overall financial health
Your differentiation factors (what makes you different)
Your short term and long term goals
Your Minimum Acceptable Performance Standards
