Jeremiah joined NDS in 1996 after successfully running an automotive detail company for over three years. A specialist in 1999, he was brought back and began training to become a D.M. In 2002, Jeremiah was promoted to Corporate Trainer for NDS. In addition to that responsibility, Jeremiah develops over 20 dealerships as a District Manager. Jeremiah has won several awards during his time here with NDS. APCO awarded Jeremiah with the All Star Award in the years 2003, 2005 & 2006. Jeremiah was the highest producer for NDS in 2006 & 2007.
Scott graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics in 1988. In 1987 Scott worked for Brown’s Toyota as a sales person. He was promoted to the Assistant Used Car Manager’, and then worked in Finance. Scott joined Pat Ryan in 1991. In the 9 years spent with Ryan, he received several promotions District Manager, Sr. District Manager, Business Development Manager and Area Manager.
In 2003, Scott came to NDS as ourWestern Divisional Manager. He is a veteran and valued member of our team.

Andy went to work for the Winner Auto Group in 1995. Shortly after being trained by Key Royal in Auto Sales, he was promoted to Finance Manager. He went on to work for several high volume dealerships in the Tri-State area. During his time as a Finance Director, Andy continued to exceed production expectations. In 2005 Andy joined the staff at NDS as a District Manager. Shortly after coming to NDS he received the additional responsibility of being one of the companies Corporate Trainers. In 2007, Andy received EasyCare’s All Star Performer Award.
